Source out, purchase or rent, make or build, keep track and inventory of, all props that are revealed live on air and have to match what the host says.

Build a set in a location with a very tight load-in, I led my crew in coordination with the Stage Manager, I took care of Start Paperwork and Time Cards for my crew, built lots of sets and moved props into place, while keeping safety in mind.

Decorate set, paint and modify props and furniture, shop for props and fixtures, mount and secure fixtures, arrange set to please the camera.

Paint the set and make it look like a child's bedroom, complete with window treatments, crown moulding, accent lights, furniture, fixtures, toys, and accessories. During the shoot I coordinated with the director to get the best shots and color combinations.

Coordinate and negotiate with vendors ranging from Catering and Craft Services to Sound Stage companies, manage start/close paperwork, hire and manage PA's, fill out PO's, manage PC, control logistics of media with editing company

Operate Robocams

Design the project, purchase materials, coordinate deliveries, build the project.

Plan travel from various U.S. cities to a South Pacific island and back to the U.S.

Mount televisions on walls, hang televisions from ceiling, take down light fixtures, hang decorative lighting, hang picture frames, decorate the set and leave everything how we found it.

Guide my team of PA's to tend to all needs of production and make sure production runs smoothly, including logistics, rental pick ups and returns, set lock-down, set-up and take-down and account for every single walkie.

Move furniture and props to designated locations, dress the set with pictures, rugs, drapes, furniture, and other props.

As a development manager I took existing and fresh new ideas for reality television shows and with AVID Media Composer developed them into sizzle reels, ready to pitch to the networks. I also found new talent via the internet and through social media.

Make purchases in US of items not easily found in Fiji and coordinate their logistics; Fly with and accompany all video and audio gear on a ferry from main island to set location. Find vendors in Fiji and set up weekly deliveries of food and water for Craft Services to serve a crew of over 100, for seventy days. Source out 220v office equipment for headquarters and purchase tables and chairs for video village, and crew meals. Source out and purchase heavy duty tents for video village, video storage, and crafty. Manage PA's and Petty Cash.

I painted faux finishes on walls and on furniture pieces to make them look old and worn out; I made props and furniture out of wood and upholstered some new pieces of furniture that I made.
