king from sunrise to sunset, and professionally directing what turned out to be quite a difficult cast. I learned a lot from Bob, as he was always an encouraging teammate and even prompt in acknowledging and valuing my ideas at the same time. I would recommend him for any field producer & directing role as I know he can handle stressful situations and do so in a timely manner that helps motivate everyone around him, while exceeding all production goals.
