Handle the hiring and day-to-day management of approximately 20 interns per semester. •Produce 1-3 Facebook Live videos daily •Created the top performing and viewed Facebook Live for Refinery29 •Manage the monthly expenses of the Facebook Live team. In charge of monthly wrap out reports and liaising operational asks with the Production Management team. •Assisted on 180 beauty videos for R29’s video-only beauty channel, Short Cuts. •Assisted with the launch of four series for RIOT (women in comedy) a recently launched Youtube channel. •Shoot original content with an FS5, Mark iii, or XA25. •Have hosted Facebook Live interviews and food tutorials for over 20 segments.
