Responsibilities included providing high level support to Ryann Lauckner (EVP) and Patti Duce (SVP) of Asylum Entertainment. All scheduling, rolling of calls, talent correspondence and interaction, conference calls, managing all project and corporate credit cards, receiving all visitors, booking and executing all travel and itineraries, and overseeing and organizing the day to day agenda for both executives.

Responsibilities included runs to and from the airport, talent meals, ensuring they remain separate while not on set, transportation to and from set, keeping time, stand in while setting the shot, keeping talent comfortable.

All basic PA duties. This included runs, crafty stalking, make sure that the office was in the best possible condition, helping with load ins and load outs, going on set with various development projects, etc.
