Producer Double Play Pilot

"Double Play" is a 10-minute TV show pilot. My team and I worked tirelessly raising over $8,000 dollars to fund this project. We spent five months in total for pre-production, production, and post. I was responsible for scheduling all of our pre-production meetings, castings, rehearsals and setting deadlines for the rest of the crew. I worked closely with the 1st AD on the call sheets and shooting schedule.

Assisted the 2nd AD in distributing call sheets, managing the SAG paperwork and time cards, keeping the extras and actors on standby, keeping the on-set decorum quiet and orderly; Managed supply of extras; Assisted the Art Dept in dressing and maintaining the set design, managed props; Created lighting for a night driving scene; Procured food and organized the Krafty table.
