I handled all Legal and Media release paperwork, including releasing all cast and uploading files to the online system a timely manner. I also closely worked with the Covid-Compliance officer making sure that only tested/released individuals were allowed on the premises of our location. In the office I worked to help reconcile receipts, check that all charges to the company card are recorded, and upload files to be sent to the Accounting department.

Assisted in Set Up of Q&A, travel coordination, Red carpet camera assistance, and drop off of media.

Provided help to Producers and Managers in several duties such as lunch orders, crafty, driving, and crowd control. Assisted in logistical and technical aspects of production including book keeping, appearance release organization, and general office work.

Assisted crew with location, talent, and meal coordination.

Aided Directors, Assistant Directors, and Producers in various capacities such as walkie maintenance, background paperwork and management, and end of day tasks including distribution/collection of Dailies, Timecards, and Call sheets.
