Coordinate with Gaffers, and Key Grips to provide the equipment needed for their specific production. I would then test the equipment they requested. Throughout their production I would repair and/or replace anything damaged on set. I would stay in contact with them through the run of show, and adjust the order based on the request of the DP or cinematographer.
