Ingested, sorted, syncmapped, grouped and delivered all footage brought in from the field. Assisted all producers, story editors, lead editors and senior editor with any and all footage and audio related questions, requests or problems. Labelled and organized all music and BRoll. Worked in After Effects to optimize graphics and create templates to be presented to the network and producers. Helped with story points and creative brainstorming, as well as logical goals and expectations from the network. Performed Story editing responsibilities such as creating strings for scenes, cutting down selects strings, cutting down interviews, creating conflict from story points, and condensing plot information through interview bites. Worked long, hard hours, many weekends and even holidays to ensure a smooth delivery of cuts to the network and to ensure Avid systems remained operational and clean. Assisted heavily with all projects' management and structure. Created post-production structure and helped define act-breaks from scratch for the entire post team based on incoming footage. Lead and trained small team of Assistant Editors and multiple interns to reach lofty time goals. Managed over 64 TB of raw footage and audio from the field, collected from 7-camera coverage over the span of 72 hours per episode for 6 hour-long cuts. Took on Production Coordinator and Story Editor responsibilities when needed, as well as Avid Media systems support and graphics. Was main contact with promotion department at NBCU for all promotional content and story strings. Organized and delivered via shipped hard drives and FTP drops all footage directly with NBCU and served as liaison between network and producers until full-time Production Coordinator/Supervisor could be hired.

Worked as lead Art PA/Set Dresser. Did everything and anything to make set presentable and made sure the DP was happy. Built/rigged massive banner and other signs around the speedway to be used in drone footage. Worked with Art Director to problem solve and pay attention to detail. Assisted with setup and take down of sets for all production days.

Managed bar stock and maintenance (Budweiser Sponsored the show), ran water and supplied to camera department on the floor, managed the crowd, watched and escorted talent, worked directly with Production Manager and Executive In Charge on set. Assisted with complete setup and take down of all departments for the pilot, full season and finale shoot weeks.
