-Managed tickets, tables, and sponsorships for the upcoming 2024 WGA Awards Show in Los Angeles. There are around 700 guests including the nominees and all the corporate sponsors attending. -Coordinated logistics between the Writer’s Guild, the French Consulate, major studios, talent agencies, and writers for participation in Boulevard des Séries - a French screenwriter residency program. Managed AV needs for speaker presentations at the Guild.

-Mapped out the creative delivery schedule, meetings, and budget for the music festival and surrounding branded activations -Worked with the creative director, the internal creative and client success teams at iHeart, and local vendors and fabricators to bring the vision to life -Managed field crew and local production assistants

-Responsible for hiring crew and actors and handling SAG, DGA, and IATSE paperwork to clear the project with respective guilds and unions -Secured location and film permits in Los Angeles and Ventura counties -Managed and reconciled the budget and paid cast and crew on time

Provided succinct and timely coverage for screenplays and TV pilots to the CEO and creative executives at Miramax. Also covered and considered novels, treatments, and other intellectual property for possible adaptation into film and/or TV.

Responsible for hiring cast and crew (about 30 people total), locking the locations, acquiring permits, insurance, gear, vehicles, and props for this 1 day production. This short film was featured at the Austin Comedy Festival 2022.

Worked with internal creative teams and external vendors to bring Kanye West's vision of a circular church, in the style of James Turrell, to life. Managed the weekly Sunday Service budget, and recruited key personnel which included: art department, location scouts, production assistants, transportation, and catering. Facilitated travel, scheduling, and logistics for the Jesus is King album listening parties in Detroit, Chicago, and NYC. Managed teams in both Calabasas and Cody Wyoming simultaneously and setup systems creating a seamless workflow.

Facilitated travel and logistics for the Jesus is King writing and recording sessions in Wyoming. Secured venue locations and oversaw load-in, stage design, and load-out for album listening parties in Detroit, Chicago, and NYC.
