• Operate JVC GY-HM620 A Camera on field, using monopod and handheld • Shoot tight close ups while pulling out and panning for movement shots • Shoot on field interviews in between competition changes • Shoot group crowd shots and reactions • Shoot big wides in between acts for filler shots and lower thirds • Assist in wrapping all camera gear and cable

• Upload digital media to production laptop and multiple hard drives for all cameras • Utilize ShotPut Pro 6 to verify volumes • Safely pack away all hard drives, media and laptops for production

• Build Sony PMW-300K1 camera with rails, Teradek microwave box, grip handles, Anton Bauer battery power supply, external mic • Responsible for all cameras, media and batteries • Refresh media and batteries as called for by operators • Rig and setup 3 GoPro cameras in talent car, frame up and start speeding when called for • Refresh media and batteries for DJI Osmo and DJI Mavic 2 Zoom • Serve as Visual Observer for Director of Photography while flying unmanned aircraft (drone) • Upload digital media to production laptop and multiple hard drives for all cameras, upload all frames shot on both cameras, save to laptop and external hard drives for transfer to LA • Supply, handle, pack up and refresh battery for wireless monitor for production • Drive camera vehicle to capture car to car camera footage • Wrap out all camera equipment to be shipped back to LA

Assist production manager with the handling, setup and storage of all props. Assist with camera operators, such as leading through crowd, carrying batteries, and other AC duties.

Operate JVC GY- HM620 C-Camera posted up outside on scaffolding and on a set of sticks for live stream on internet • Capture hero shot of winner coming down home stretch • Shoot tight hero shot of winner, focus and follow through finish line, pan out for big wide of other runners crossing the finish line • Pan through turns 5 and 6 capturing runners through the first leg of the course • Support interview camera operator and team; grab second angle shot as “just in case” shot for interviews with the winners in the finish line circle • Lock and hold on finish line and extra large FloSports media display in finishing area to end race • Listen for directors specific instructions for crowd and big wide shots while not in competition • Capture B-Roll shots from on the scaffolding of runner’s course and spectators • Wrap JVC camera, audio PL and microwave, all cables associated with C-camera, all fiber optic cable for all cameras • Assist with wrapping out video village and loading up all gear and staging for confirmed freight delivery driver

• Assist the Director of Photography and the other two camera operators with all camera and lighting related needs, including but not limited to: • Building all 4 Canon C300 cameras with LCD screen, microphone, microwave transmission plates and antenna’s, lenses – 16-35mm wide, 24-70mm, 70-200mm long or the 200-500mm ultra long lenses, Canon batteries and CF cards, Benro monopods, and/or Sachtler tripod • Building 3 ReadyRig camera rigs, suited for each individual camera operator • Building 2 RigWheel’s Passport Camera Dolly slider systems including; two sets of rails; one portable and one semi-permanent on two junior baby stands, second set used for B-Roll camera operator on jr stands or apples • Responsible for GoPro camera rigging, framing, slating and speeding on cue • Assist DP with body camera usage and media storage • Responsible for all camera related battery needs; keeping all batteries charged and all cameras prepared and refreshed when necessary such as PAG, Canon, Sony, GoPro, and Venture bats • Responsible for all camera media; swapping when necessary or anticipation of longer shooting cycles, tape tab and labeling media as it gets shot and proper storage, accurately recording media logs with time code and proper notation when necessary, delivering all media and media logs to the media manager • Rigging and focusing all lights per DP’s direction, including but not limited to: • Safely setting up semi-permanent Kino Select 20’s and LITEGEAR Mat3’s in War Room, to remain up while at that location using scissors clips, cardilini’s, sash or chain and safety’s • Daily rigging and breaking down of location lighting using LITEGEAR’s LiteMat2 and LiteMat3 LED’s, Kino Select 20’s, and 2 Arri kits w/1k, 650’s, 350’s and 150’s on C-stands and bags used for interviews, OTF’s and all said lighting for group meets • Focus, shape and strike all fixtures for first looks and final tweaking with DP • Add light diffusion, or ND to fixtures add duvetyn to windows, as called for by the DP • Setup and breakdown of all wireless monitors and gear for production to view in permanent and mobile video village including: 12v PAG adapters, mobile surface for monitors and duvetyn for coverage, remove and reinstall mobile microwave transmitters to satchels from ReadyRigs • Safely packing all daily traveling gear in cargo van and keeping it safe for daily travels • Build and Hollywood SunBounce Mini 3’x4’ sun bounce to highlight talent features for outside OTF’s and interviews per DP • Safely wrap and pack all gear and verify all cases to be hauled on confirmed freight, assist driver with loading gear on pallets, shrink wrap and loading on truck back to LA

Support the Camera Operator in every facet of daily shooting, on location and on set and shoot Sony F800 when called on as jr operator • Prepare all items daily associated with specific camera crew, including but not limited to; • Building Sony F800 camera with mat box rails, wide angle or long angle lens, audio hops, zoom control, external mic, set eyepiece and shoulder pad, load batteries, media, install base plates and microwave items • Swapping lenses, batteries and media frequently and efficiently on location and on set • Responsible for DJI Ronin preparation, calibration and balancing with Sony a7sII and all associated accessories, i.e. batteries for handle, Ronin, wireless monitor, batteries, media, lenses for Sony a7sII for location or set • Keeping all lenses clean, all camera accessories organized and available for quick install • Preparing run bag and all camera accessories for next days shoot, i.e. outdoor/indoor • Quickly wrapping all gear on location to be used on set or at next location • Prepare, haul and setup sticks according to plots and director notes for 6 cameras • Set back focus, set camera settings for specific shoot and speed for controls for zoom • Carefully pack and haul all gear associated with B-Roll cam, haul setup and relocate all equipment, including, sticks, Canon C300 mkII, Ronin with Sony a7sII w/wireless monitor and focus control, Canon 5D mk IV, all lenses, batteries, media and accessories with B-Roll run bag • Prepare, haul and setup wireless monitors, PL headsets and walkie talkies for all shoots • Support Camera Operator for all interview operations, prepare camera and frame in for interview days with hardwire power lines and longer media • Responsible for Canon 5D Mk III used on open shutter, B-Roll time lapse sequences • Add all ND filters, Polarizer, or lens hoods as necessary or requested by the operator • Guide operator during Ronin usage, supporting with stand and relieving operator of Ronin • Setup Dana dolly with head from sticks, support from Grip crew to set proper height and level, setup wireless monitor and zoom control for slider • Pre-stage items as necessary for longer shoots, i.e. apple boxes, sticks, zoom controls, lenses, batteries and media near set location, change as necessary

• Support the field producer with daily production needs, including but not limited to; Scouting local area for shoot locations and crew meals • Picking up rental cars from Enterprise, picking up crafty and other specific crew needs, picking up crew members from airport, staying on schedule • Coordinating, setting up/breaking down backstage areas for props, wardrobe, crew and talent • Securing releases from any persons interacting with talent • Spotting camera operators during action shots through Mall of America • Transporting crew members to location shoots and to Super Bowl locations • Hauling all gear, returning all rental vehicles, gathering releases, paperwork etc for FP

• Support Camera Operator, including but not limited to: building and breakdown of main Sony PMW 300 camera, Canon 5D Mk lll, Sony a7sii, and all GoPro cameras • Cleaning lenses of snow and debris, setting up tripod, setting up Edelkrone slider for a7sii and 5D, replacing batteries on Sony and Canon camera and all GoPro cameras • Continually check status of batteries on all cameras • Spotting Cam Op, hauling all gear • Setup, relocation and breakdown of all lighting equipment such as LED panel lights, all light stands, stingers • Perform all necessary Production related tasks, including but not limited to; getting releases signed for any new personnel appearing on camera, transporting crew in production vehicle, picking up crafty/lunch, responsible for any receipts and Production Credit Card, assisting with talent interviews

• Assist camera operator/Director of Photography with all camera related needs, including but not limited to; swapping batteries, cleaning lenses, labeling media, hauling lens belt with 4 lenses and accessories, moving sticks and apple box to all locations, acquiring rolling chairs, and camera appropriate chairs for shoot, hauling all camera gear, staging all gear • Prepare all items going into the operating room by cleaning and wiping down every surface of every item being rolled in on surgical cart, including but not limited to; all lenses, media, batteries, cases, tripod, apple box, filters and hoods, dress in scrubs • Quickly changing lenses on the go while shooting as instructed by the DP • Ensure all glass is clean and dust free, ensure DP is stable and ready to shoot • Spot DP when speeding to prevent bumping into or knocking over any items in the surgical procedures room, hallways or any operating room areas • Ensure all gear is properly packed and loaded at wrap, load out into van • Take personal vehicle on runs for crafty, airport pickup, interview locations • Assist Director and Production Coordinator with any production related needs

- Assist camera operator when needed, including but not limited to; setting up tripod, setting up Ice Lights - Build Sony a7 with dolly and operate a7 on interior B-Roll shots with table dolly. - Place lights in correct positions and hold overhead light over talent and camera operator - Handling of all camera gear, loading and unloading - Spot camera operator when shooting action shots

• Support production coordinator with all location needs, including but not limited to; protecting location with cardboard for all walls during load in and load out and remove for shoot, lay down industrial carpets, setup tables and chairs for lunch, making runs as needed for production, collecting walkies, complete loadout • Supporting grip and electric departments, installing Arri M12 light on combination stand and powering two of these fixtures outside per DP’s direction • Support Camera Operator as needed with batteries etc • Load out of all equipment in all departments, complete cleaning of host house and removal of all trash and any production related items

• Support the key PA and production coordinator with all set related needs, including but not limited to: Setting up easels and signs to direct the competitor’s to their proper locations, setup Social Media Area with specialty back drop, red carpet, setup 3 Arri 650k fixtures on Arri combination stands, setup ring light for social media/contestant photos, setting up posters for local NBC affiliate • Support key PA with truck wrap out, including but not limited to: unloading cases/materials already in truck to repack all equipment, pack up and load out all cases/materials from Production Office and all contestant holding, audition areas and all equipment staging areas, carefully pack all equipment and materials in truck, complete load out • Lockdown on live audition area in main contestant holding section • Keeping contestants away from host partners areas

• Setup cables for camera and audio, setup tables for laptops and monitors, setup power to all, safely rig cameras on sticks on top of large storage boxes • Providing Lower Third information to internet live video feed as teams were announced • Making runs for coffee, meals, printouts for production • Keeping video village and camera operator locations clean and tidy • Wrap of all equipment and materials on set and load into semi trailer at dock

• Provide Director/Writer and Director of Photography support with all production needs, including but not limited to: assist with loading/unloading, setup and breakdown of lighting gear, on standby for props, queue talent from Director, clearing set areas for shot • Assisting sound technician when necessary • Supporting the Assistant Camera Technician when necessary • Making runs for crafty/lunch/water, responsible for petty cash and receipts for Director • Setup and breakdown of lunch, setup and breakdown of crafty, cleaning all production areas • Return of set equipment to rental house in personal vehicle approximately 100 miles away, such as; Joker fixture, Chimera, Combi stand, stingers, and Magliner cart • Invoicing and logging mileage of location, runs and returns

Support Lighting department with all electrical and grip related items • Install main power to stage in one man and two man lifts using Socapex cable and Socapex breakouts for all 288 lighting fixtures • Rig and install every variety fixture used on set or on the main grid, including but not limited to; Leko’s, Blondes, movers, red-heads, 1k’s, Arri Sky Panels, 6k space lights, Quasar’s, KinoFlo’s, preparing all lights with proper pins or backing plates, diffusion, baby or junior pins, proper globes, tungsten or daylight bulbs, trouble shooting non-functioning fixtures, installing Chimera bags with proper diffusion and egg crates, create and run all power line and install all off-set lighting using paper lanterns and Luminex light bulbs • Rig and light food beauties booth for post episode shooting using, but not limited to; Install KinoFlo’s with c-stands, custom light deflection using chloroplast and cardillini’s, Dedo’s, and custom made turn table • Rig and light both interview rooms for talent and baker interviews using, but not limited to; KinoFlo’s, blondes, 20x12 bounce, using combination stands and c-stands, grid pipe for specialty back drops and extensive combinations of gels/diffusion based on interviewed person • Rig all varieties of fixtures with stirrup’s, rope, chain, grid protection, c-clamps, baby and junior clamps and custom made rigs for specialty lighting, and then installing fixtures to them • Push track ridden dolly for specific movements and looks for Camera personnel based on the directors request on all episodes of project for several hours a stint • Install all J.L. Fisher track for dolly, discretely remove and install curve and extended pieces to all areas of set when needed and out of sight of camera during filming • Support board operator when needed on the Boar lighting board, including disabling or enabling fixtures from the light board based on the DP’s requests, enable or disable looks per the DP’s request, prepare the look for the next scene per DP’s request • Wrap out of all electrical equipment including but not limited to: main power to stage; banded 4o, Bates cable, disto boxes, lunch boxes, gang boxes, Socapex, 4o, 10’-50’ stingers to be freighted back to LA

• Rig onset Lighting systems per Technical Producer and Director of Photography’s request • Support Gaffer with all grip related needs, including but not limited to: preparing all C-Stands, Combo-stands, C-clamps and proper rigging for Leko’s, Kino-Flo’s, Par-Can’s, LED sky panels, preparing all lights with proper backing plates, baby or junior pins, proper globes, tungsten or daylight bulbs, and China balls • Support Best Boy Electrician with power needs, including but not limited to: location and layout of distribution box, gang boxes and Bates cables in relation to generator and the set layout needs and location, installing set lighting with proper diffusion and/or gels and celebrity lighting focused to exact locations per DP’s instructions • Rigging of bounce boards, diffusion, flags and other light bending items needed onset • Rigging temporary stage to proper height and safely leveling out to create one larger stage, blacking out windows with taped duvetyn and 4x4 flags on century stands, covering on camera combination stands with duvetyn as necessary, hauling and loading of all Lighting related items • Supporting Camera Department with any Grip related needs, including but not limited to, rigging apple boxes, C-stands, Combination stands, etc for any camera operator requirements • Ensuring all rigged items were safe and properly clamped and/or bagged • Hauling and properly loading of all gear including Camera, Audio and Grip • Support Production with other needs for non-shoot days

• Support the Lighting Department, specifically the Director of Photography and Gaffer with any electrical and grip needs, including but not limited to: rigging lights, mic stands, installing duvetyn on china ball lights and on set where necessary, moving around furniture, miscellaneous house chairs and on set items to DP’s specific locations, supporting lighting crew with items called for on G&E trucks, cleaning set of all unnecessary G&E items and staging of them in appropriate off set areas before shoot, standing in to refocus lights and reset cameras • Disconnecting power, banded cable 4 o, from distribution box and gang boxes, disconnecting lights and squeezers, wrapping stingers and electrical cables, breaking down c-stands, hauling heavy equipment off set to the appropriate trucks, • Support the Camera Department with any camera needs, including but not limited to: Assisting in building Arri Alexa camera setups with Assistant Camera technician, assisting jib operator when called for and wrapping of jib, carefully organizing all glass and cameras to appropriate safe locations, loading and unloading of technical equipment, transporting camera crew to locations, carefully hauling camera equipment • Support Production Manager and Coordinator with all production needs, including but not limited to: Preparing necessary production documents such as production notes, transport grids and talent binder covers, assigning and handing out of walkie talkies and surveillence to crew, building and distributing of crew and talent credentials, organizing production assistants to tasks, as well as delegating and keeping them on track when appropriate, keeping PO area and all shoot locations free of trash and stocked with crafty and specialty talent items, driving 14 passenger vans and large SUV’s, researching local area for production needs such as food, grocery, B-Roll items, transporting crew, airport runs, lunch runs, shopping runs, all vehicle needs such as fueling, cleaning and returning to rental houses.

Support the Grip and Electric departments. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to: Rigging, hauling, assisting, loading and installed all grip gear, including; C-Stands, Combi-Stands, grid piping, 4 to 12 step ladders, operating a single man lift, two man lift, erecting rigging for grid, cutting and installing gels and filters, manning bounce boards, hauling sand bags, driving large box trucks, creating fixtures from chloroplast, blacking-out windows, running equipment onset during shoots, packing, loading and unloading of trucks. Support the Electric Department with all electric needs, which included but not limited to; running out and installing cables from generator to; Bates cables, banded, cam-lock 4o, installed lunch boxes, gang boxes or woodheads, hung Lekos, blondies, tweenies, inbetweenies, 300's, 650's, 1k, 4k, M18's, M40's, setting up Kino's with proper tungsten or daylight bulbs as needed, supported and installed lights and grip gear for all on shoot locations, creating LED light fixtures, hanging carnival lights, adding gels, filters, Chimera's, egg crates, manning bounce boards, focusing lights on single and two man lifts, constantly lifting heavy equipment on a daily basis, supply power to tables during quick fire cook offs, install and test stingers for all temporary equipment, support the Director of Photography, Key Grip and Best Boy Electrician.

Assist in all daily production needs, including but not limited to: • Using walkies and surveillance ear pieces to communicate with crew • Prepare picture vehicles with tint and specific daily needs • Preparing chase vehicles and crew vehicles for the day based on transportation grid and call sheet • Transportation of crew members and talent to location and airports • Stocking of craft services, and drinks in production offices, and all vehicles • Removing trash, recycled materials, catering and crew meals • Loading and unloading of camera, audio, grip, electrical, lighting and office gear • Assisting with camera and audio needs such as: setting up C-stands, tripods, monopods, and placing ready rigs, flags, apple boxes, duvetyn, sand bags, pelican cases, in proper locations • Transportation, preparation, setup and breakdown of catering for crew meals • Assist in B-Roll transportation, loading and unloading and setup • Stand-in for talent as necessary • Keeping all vehicles properly fueled, cleaned and picture vehicles washed • Cleaning of both production offices and host offices
