Pre-production duties include: obtaining releases, gathering research pertaining to story, securing locations/permits, organizing file workflows, creating shoot schedules, etc. Field duties include: helping field coordinator make sure things run smoothly, communicating with talent about shoot schedules, creating call sheets, tracking production receipts, taking Timecode+ notes, uploading field documents daily, planning and assisting b-roll shoot days, etc.

Buying and organizing crafty, handling and distributing lunches, making production runs throughout the duration of the shoot, taking story notes in the field, helping out wherever needed, etc.

This was a joint position: AP/DIT. Print, label, distribute, and collect releases, ingest media through ShotPut Pro, input significant timecodes on hot sheets daily, and handle all field office responsibilities, including organizing paperwork, sending out FedEx shipments, going on crafty runs, etc.
