For my senior capstone project at Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Communications, I wrote and acted in "Falseland", a short film. I wrote many revisions of the piece based off my professor and team's notes.

• Collaborated with segment producer in researching new human interest talent • Searched for new experts in specific fields, relevant current events, and pop culture for show development • Pitched ideas and segment content on a day-to-day basis • Helped with reception phones and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth show operations

• Covered Development Executive’s desk and phone • Provided weekly notes for a new show currently under production •Researched and updated list of possible New York Times bestseller books to be bought by Nickelodeon • Summarized season arcs of scripts under development and provided coverage

• Covered for assistant to EVP of Unscripted Development’s fast-paced desk by answering phones and keeping the calendar • Researched and developed several unscripted project ideas to be presented to MTV executives for review • Joined executives in pitch meetings and provided input on ideas to be considered in the development process • Performed script coverage on multiple possible television pilots

• Wrote, directed and co-produced a web series pilot project for Nickelodeon’s YouTube channel • Collaborated closely with senior creative directors and producers from Nickelodeon’s branding team • Managed set, camera and sound equipment • Final project was submitted to Nickelodeon’s head of marketing and promotions for reviews and approvals

• Wrote several sample promotional scripts for “Talia in the Kitchen”, a new live action production • Collaborated with team to create two original sample promos • Managed payroll document for recent project-based Nickelodeon employees • Clipped large NFL package and selected footage of players receiving awards at the Kid’s Choice Sports Awards • Logged 25 episodes of Nickelodeon live action shows • Participated in weekly promo status meetings and brainstorming sessions with team

• Wrote treatments with team for new shows to air on The Weather Channel, AXS, Sundance, and other networks • Conducted research that contributed to the development of nine new reality show pitches and one scripted series • Performed script coverage for one scripted series pilot

• Wrote promotional scripts for featured comedians to advertise show on AXS • Assisted Director and Executive Producers during the show • Set up cameras and lights for shoots. Helped on set as needed
