Production Assistant, second in charge to Contestant Manager. Coordinated van schedules to and from reality shoots, assisted with giving PA/contestant call times. Ran department alone 1-2 days a week.

Production Assistant in the contestant department. Duties include looking after the contestants well being, managing their daily schedules, preparing them for stage and filming and looking after anything else they may need. During the live shows worked closely with stage managers to ensure the contestants were ready for dress rehearsals and show days.

Assisted with transporting talent to and from locations, managed schedules, and was responsible for any other needs the talent may have had.

Loaded audience into seats and placed them accordingly to camera angles. Managed audience throughout duration of filming.
