• Within 6 months, had several projects in various stages of development for Bravo, E!, USA and Oxygen • Researched, developed and pitched new unscripted ideas accompanied by detailed decks with format, character analysis and episodic breakdowns • Interviewed potential cast members on Skype for numerous projects • Managed a group of editors while they worked on multiple projects • Reviewed, met with and vetted external pitches and viable talent • Built and maintained relationships in the creative community with writers, directors, producers, talent, managers and agents • Produced a sizzle on location in Anchorage, Alaska. I was the Showrunner’s right-hand woman when it came to cast management, interviews and location scouting.
