Responsible for standing up and managing end-to-end execution of marketing programs, from strategic planning phases through creative execution and implementation. Programs may include deliverables across all marketing channels (i.e., events, in-store, print, digital, video, and social media). Manages program schedules across initiatives and pro-actively communicates expectations and milestones to all team members. Manages one or more direct reports and assigns their projects and tasks.

Wrangled over 1,000 contestants throughout the course of the two different casting periods. Responsible for ensuring talent was transported to assigned casting rooms and camera throughout the different stages of the show.

Dressed over 10 principles and all background over a course of 2 filming weeks. Managed costume PAs and ensured talent was on time and dressed for set.

Point person for wrangling over 30 models and actors from HMUA and wardrobe to over 5 different on location sets. Worked closely with transportation and talent producers to ensure timely execution.

Responsible for dressing over seven principles and all background over the course of 3 weeks of filming. Managed Costume PAs.

• Responsible for day-to-day management and scheduling of assigned Creative and Production activities. • Collaborate with Marketing Managers and the Video and Photo Production teams to plan projects, define milestones, assign resources, assess risks, and help projects meet business objectives, deadlines and budget requirements. • Partner with internal procurement teams to issue and manage agency agreements, including authorizing Statement of Work for all projects involving external partnerships. Work with agencies to manage casting talent and booking freelance production members. Maintain studio organization including wardrobe, props and equipment. • Manage socializing shoot day call sheet and schedules to all internal and external partners (i.e. talent, hmua, crew, crafty, etc). • Serve as the conduit between Marketing, Brand and Operations to ensure all teams are on point to deliver the creative needs identified by the overall strategy and objectives. • Partner with internal procurement teams and work closely with internal creative teams to deliver exceptional creative work - showing a keen eye for great design and a focus on brand integrity.
