Design and Draft and edit quarterly and monthly Centerline and e-Centerline marketing pieces and collaborate with graphic designer to finalize for publication. Submit weekly and monthly content for publication to various marketing channels including, but not limited to Islands’ Sounder, Chamber of Commerce, Orcas Issues, Senior Center, Facebook, Youtube and San Juan Visitors Bureau. Responsible for drafting and publishing weekly/ bi-monthly press releases. Develop advertising copy and design for ads via Islands’ Sounder and Orcas Issues. Manage marketing platform database, Constant Contact. Create weekly newsletter; content, design and blast schedule. Develop advertising copy and design for ads via Islands’ Sounder and Orcas Issues. Create and maintain all season event files and assets on the Orcas Center network. Manage and train new Box Office Manager and oversee event ticketing system. Oversee box office ticketing database, volunteer database, art exhibitions and calendars. Maintain concessions for all events and receptions. Oversee the build out of 2017-2018 membership model in Ovation, the ticketing system, and oversee membership management. Support the box office as needed to train and coordinate front of house volunteers. Staff interface for the public by providing information services about events, programs, and classes. Manage public relations. Accomplishments: • Produce, design and execute special events series: ‘Dinner & A Show’ for Billy Elliot and A Christmas Carol with community partners Orcas Events and Matia Dinner Series • Collaborate to execute annual membership drive and annual fundraiser Gala • Direct community partner collaborations to provide food for sale for Orcas Center events including the Orcas Island Film Festival (OIFF) and the Wild & Scenic Film Festival (W&SFF) • Provide ongoing training to assist the Interim Director and the new Executive Director • Provide ongoing training to develop the Box Office manager, summer intern, and volunteers • Website management • Developed successful marketing campaigns for shows such as Rising Appalachia, Rock of Orcas, Enchanted Forest Cabaret, Spamalot, Billy Elliot and Sea Stars: Return of the Sun which resulted in sold out performances. • Successfully execute seasonal programming launches for 4-6 months of events in August, January and April Social media optimization
