Load in of gear, set up of 13 breakout rooms, and running cables. During the conference, I kept an eye on 5 of the breakout rooms that required knowledge of switchers and how to run slides. Then, assisted with load out of all the 13 breakout rooms and main room.

Organizing the Grip truck, keeping track of equipment, and general help as a grip on set.

Load in of gear, assembly of 2 LED walls arena, and running cables. During the conference, I ran video in one of the breakout rooms that required knowledge of switchers and how to run slides. Then, assisted with load out of all the 15 breakout rooms and the arena.

Creation of shot list and overheads during Pre-Production. During production, I changed shots as needed and ran camera.

Required to make sure needs from the location during the event were taken care of. I managed a crew for setting up rooms for classes and film showings, making sure trash was taken care of and that rooms stayed clean.

I was both camera operator, as well as functioning as 1st AC, and teaching my AC how to AC for the first time.

Required to be first on set, manage locations during the shoot, and warp the locations most days. Acquired some basecamps for certain sets, and procured locations as needed. Creation of location maps, and placed signs.
