▪ Produce high-quality and engaging episodes with my Co-Executive Producer and Executive Producer. ▪ Select topics, coordinate storylines, and construct episode segments. ▪ Lead team of PA, Associate Producer, and Segment Producer to handle all show elements from booking to post-show editing notes. ▪ Write segment intros, throws, guest questions, and script bullets. ▪ Work with research team, PA and Associate Producer to confirm accuracy of all materials including stats, graphics, and guest claims. ▪ Maximize budget to retain quality of video packages, taking advantage of affiliate stations and high-quality personal media from guests.

▪ Pitch complex episodes to Executive Producers and Dr. Phil using news stories and social media to find high-interest, timely topics. ▪ Conduct compelling and detailed pre-interviews with an interest in establishing trust and unveiling exclusive content. ▪ Brief guests before taping: review talking points, boost energy and passion. ▪ Efficiently and professionally handle all guest concerns. ▪ Swiftly book specifically requested stories, guests, or experts for producers.

▪ Engage with A-List talent and their teams to coordinate all needs, discreetly and professionally. ▪ Coordinate production football. Scan, file and organize documents. ▪ Work with Production Coordinator, Line Producer, and Executive Producers to handle the day-to-day in the production office. ▪ Fulfill lunch orders, keep kitchens and trailers clean & stocked at all times.

▪ Coordinate covid testing, studio gate passes, and guest itineraries. Work with travel, accounting and talent departments to schedule flights, hotels, car services, and hire day-players (babysitter, drug tests, lie detector tests, etc). ▪ Create and proof show materials including pre-interviews, show descriptions, research, graphics, and media packets for the control room.

▪ Worked directly with talent to ensure they felt comfortable at all times while on set and all network protocols were followed. ▪ Worked closely with 1st AD and 2nd 2nd AD as needed, including sound lock-ups and wrangling background.
