My title was more like "AD Trainee" since I would carry out the jobs of a normal AD. I would receive the actors as they arrived on set. Make sure they had their wardrobe there and then escorted them to makeup so that they would be ready to shoot on time. After taking them to set, I would assist in whatever was needed, one time being an extras coordinator. I would make sure the actor's left the set on time. This was all while recording the times when they would arrive on set/go to makeup/start shooting/end shooting.
