o Establish and maintain relationships with publicists and talent representatives o Act as liaison between talent, producers, crew and location while on set o Scout, book and manage all filming locations o Establish and maintain relationships with hospitality groups, restaurant owners and GMs o Handle SAG/AFTRA paperwork for talent o Manage air schedule and outline/update scripts based on air schedule o Process expense reports, handle petty cash o Be the main point of contact on set with talent, producers, and vendors

o Assisted in the overall day to day financial reporting and budgeting of entire production o Purchase Order and invoice data entry o Process cell phone and mileage reimbursement checks o Assisted in the management of all accounts payable o Accounts Payable and Payroll filing o Process all invoices and POs to be paid
