Telepictures was a company that created content for WB including the Ellen Degeneris Show, Extra, TMZ, Judge Mathis, and The Real. Part of my responsibilities were managing and maintained inventory of craft service and office supplies. I also acted as first point of contact and directed correspondence to and from Executives. I followed day to day functions to support the many executives in our office.

Maintain and organize supplies for office and set. Support the needs and demands of Executive Producers and host Rob Dyrdek. I went on runs to and from MTV/ Viacom for accounting and the office. Helped other departments when needed.

I helped manage and run the rooms for our models to live stream across the internet. I worked closely with the Supervisor to make sure the models/ talent needs were met and were comfortable. I ran daily checks on our system to keep the computers bug free, and surveyed the room for any damage or maintenance needed.

Managed five stage sets as well as location sets. Scheduling/ Tasking my team with duties to create/ fix/ and breakdown sets. Acquisitions of materials for building and dressing sets.

Rent/ Maintain equipment packages. Schedule and oversee crew for smooth setup and out. Location scout for camera and equipment setup.
