Facilitated workable solutions for each production and a daily crew and cast of approximately 350. Attended location surveys to pre-determine any equipment and ventilation needs. Worked with all show departments and personnel to improve social distancing procedures for locations, offices and off-site workplaces. Developed safe distancing site maps for each location in and around Los Angeles. Reviewed prep and shooting schedules to ensure required social distancing procedures (pods, teams, etc.) were in place. • Set up mobile labs on location. Arranged for vaccination and booster events on-site for crew and their household occupants. Implemented the studio policy of mandatory vaccination for Zone A, mid-production. • Hired and trained monitors to assist with implementing, screening and monitoring company Covid-19 protocols. Ensured that all crew and talent reviewed and abided by the provided health compliance training and held safety meetings. Mediated conflicts and forwarded stand-out issues to the unit production manager when necessary. Established testing vendors and worked in close collaboration with nurses and testers throughout production. Hired vendors and managed supplies for the cleaning and disinfecting of the sets and offices. • Commissioned and oversaw the implementation of ReadySet, an application that streamlines the logistics of Covid-19 screening and testing on one secure platform for 500 crew members. Utilized PCR testing in addition to daily rapid testing. • Purchased and kept inventory of all Personal Protective Equipment and necessary assets. Worked with the accounting department to code, approve and pay invoices and reconcile expenses. Signed off on all timesheets and approved payroll for all Covid compliance crew on a weekly basis. • Personally communicated with all positive cases and close contacts.

One stationary at the stage/studio and one mobile unit. • Managed all procedures for positive cases and close contacts from initial notification through contact tracing and the mandated isolation/quarantine periods to their pass-card reentry and reinstatement of testing cadence. • The asset management of all PCR, Rapid test kits and Abbott machines. • The coordination and transition mid-production of testing facilities from LabCorp to Atlas (laboratories). • The monitoring of all protocol changes from HBO Max, Warner Media, LHI, CDC, industry and state.

Utilized PCR testing in addition to daily rapid testing (Sofia 2). Present on-site to coordinate rapid testing, monitor the adherence to Covid-19 protocols, for load in, shoot and wrap. Followed AMPTP, The Safe Way Forward, Appendix J and Production company guidelines, held training and safety meeting for crew and cast.

Project: When Boris Met Jennifer. Factual. An award-winning journalist, John Ware, speaks to Jennifer Arcuri, the woman at the centre of a controversy over Boris Johnson’s time as mayor of London. (60 min special). • In collaboration with the London office, coordinated the Los Angeles portion of the primary interview in advance of the creative staff travelling from London to Los Angeles. • The sensitivity of the interviewee necessitated strict communication protocols. Used “ProtonMail” and the phone application “Signal.” Both services offered additional privacy and end-to-end encryption. • Organized crew accommodation, personal and location release forms and production insurance. • Sourced and booked a suitable location for the primary interview.

Project: Falling - Los Angeles and Canada. A Theatrical Motion Picture starring Viggo Mortensen, Lance Henriksen, Terry Chen and Laura Linney. • Tasked with hiring a union crew to satisfy the tax incentive requirements of an international co-production. To comply, the crew had to be local to LA, be of either European or Canadian nationality, and already have the legal eligibility to work in the US, on location in Toronto and Los Angeles. • This was a passion project; all crew wages were negotiated per the IATSE Tier 1, Low-Budget Theatrical Agreement. • Worked in collaboration with Unit Production Manager regarding negotiating Tier 1 rates with the crew and with his approval regarding any additional bumps. • Worked alongside the UPM on set helping with purchase orders, start paperwork and loan-outs, car rentals, load-ins and load-outs. Available to help with talent needs any crew or departmental needs, (i.e., camera, grip, costume, hair and makeup, transportation, rental shops, call sheets, and final international credit sheets for Executive Producer.

Project: The Cromarties - New Jersey. USA Network, a comedic half-hour docu-series following former NFL all-star Antonio Cromartie and his wife Terricka’s everyday challenges of raising a blended family of six young kids (6 x 60 min Eps). • As a line producer, in charge of hiring the crew, allocating money and ensuring the filming is done safely, creatively, on budget and on time. • Set up the production office on location in NJ for all of the show’s needs. Negotiated and procured all hotel, travel, onsite catering and/or perdiems for staff and crew. • Budgeted and scheduled the cash flow of a large series budget, utilizing EP movie magic budgeting (MMB) and Excel. Negotiated all staff, crew and independent contractors' contracts and salaries. Worked with Entertainment Partners in NY and LA to approve weekly timecards, and payroll for over 100 staff and crew. Worked with the show’s production accountant to alter budget projections based on the latest creative changes and correlate all purchase orders and expense reports to produce weekly cost reports for the network. • Worked with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and network legal to set up the licensing, tutoring, health and safety and legal compliance for six children including an infant born on camera that needed working papers within one hour of birth. • Worked with the New Jersey Motion Picture and Television Commission and production manager to secure the necessary filming permits for all locations over six months of filming in multiple cities and town municipalities each with its own unique regulations pertaining to film production. • Worked closely with network business affairs and ad agency to arrange separate shoots and special events to promote the show.
