As Multimedia & Webcast Project Manager, I led the team responsible for the successful production and delivery of all webcasts for the U.S. based Ford Dealer Network. As part of Retailer Education & Training, the team was also responsible for two video-on-demand websites that contained video content, including training messages, product introductions, and executive communications. A secondary but equally important component of the team’s mission was production & successful live streaming of executive-level webcasts to global Ford employees. CAPABILITIES • Manage personnel and technical quality for the entire output of the RE&T Studio & Streaming Operations Team. • Manage million-dollar-plus departmental budget. • Coordinate between several vendors and production partners for all corporate webcasts. • Engage with support staff both internally and externally to ensure quality of video-on-demand sites operated by the team. • Act as Liaison between various Ford corporate IT operational and planning groups.

Clients included Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles, Quicken, Amway, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan, Detroit Movement Festival, CNBC, Fox Business, MSNBC, Team Detroit, Lowe Campbell- Ewald, Cobo Center, Detroit Auto Dealers Association. • 300+ successful productions from 2012-2015, including live events at The North American International Auto Show, product reveals and investor relations forums for General Motors and Fiat Chrysler, and numerous webcasts with viewership numbers from 100 to 500,000. • Facilitated improvements in processes for productions, freelance crew booking, scheduling, equipment use and rentals.
