Developed series and oversaw shooting of the pilot. Worked closely with the network to outline the pilot and create the feel for the series.

Brought onto the project day 1 and procured all government contracts, developed series style and field produced the pilot. In series, I was responsible for all network, legal and BS&P notes, insurance requirements, VO scripts and clearances. Worked with network promos, marketing and online departments. Oversaw a road crew of 60.

Trained incoming loggers and story producers on how to use a very specific notes taking system to ensure quality notes and the highest return of usable story moments for the upcoming season.
