Pre production and on location coordinating of 360 VR videos of a 3 day live conference and celebrity event in Okinawa, Japan with in-event overnight deliveries as well as web delivery. Coordinated budget and petty cash, equipment rentals, crew, international travel and carnet, locations, shoot schedules and editorial shifts. Additionally acted as lead editor.

Full time at Participant Media / Takepart.com • Produced and edited mini-doc, branded, and promotional video content, meeting regular publication deadlines on time and under budget. This resulted in hundreds of thousands of video views, and shares by notable social media influencers. • Performed all post-production tasks including editorial, color correction, graphics design and motion, audio mix, export and management of digital assets, efficiently in a one-person post department. • Developed and implemented scripts, as well as budgets and production schedules ensuring all deadlines were met. • Coordinated talent and crew hires and contracts by interfacing with various agencies and departments. • Searched and managed music and stock footage licenses in support of the production team. • Successfully managed and set-up a variety of video shoots in studio and on-location, including lighting, sound, and camera operation, such as celebrity interviews and Facebook Live presentations.

Full time at OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network • Redesigned the digital media workflow for the launch of the new Oprah Winfrey Network, successfully creating a cache of new and repurposed web content in only one month for the roll out of the brand new cable network. • Continuously adapted as evolving digital strategy redefined media needs. This included partnering with the product design team to develop and launch programing bumpers, ad breaks, and closed captioning. • Guided the production of video content from inception to deployment on several digital platforms efficiently and on time by coordinating the efforts of multiple production companies and departments. • Ingested media, edited, exported and encoded video, wrote and deployed xmls in content management systems, managed raw and finished media, maintaining an efficient workflow. • Published, optimized, and tracked performance using web analytics for video content on OWN.tv, YouTube, and other video platforms. Increased YouTube revenues by coordinating with YouTube Partner Support and implementing best practice strategies. • Trained two coworkers in workflow protocols and delegated to a post-production team to manage workload for maximum productivity.

Designed and created DVD content. • Prepared offline materials for telecine, mix, and online sessions for both SD and HD projects, consistently shipping spots smoothly and on schedule.
