 Assisted the VP of Physical Production, worked on several films simultaneously in different stages of production from pre to post.  Managed office operations: coordinated travel; handled expenses; oversaw calendar and phone log.  Coordinated on set responsibilities during principal photography; liaison with the UPM and Line Producer to confirm the film meets schedule and budget restraints, as well as verifying the show follows studio policy and procedures.  Acted as studio distribution hub for production paperwork; informing and partnering with multiple divisions such as music, post, casting, finance, travel, visual effects, and development.  Created and maintained below-the-line crew lists for various projects and master databases  Handled project initiation tasks, including administering studio procedures and contract documents, setting up studio production accounts.  Reviewed production contracts, received and tracked project expense requests, maintained a high volume of production files, facilitated studio approval for qualifying expenses, and administered contract modifications.
