Maintained two schedules/calendars (Tim Iacofano & SJ Clarkson) as well as a Cast Travel/Availability schedule, tracked episode timing, rolled calls, organized paperwork, scouting photos and files, coordinated visa and non-resident tax paperwork for SJ. Also assisted Showrunner Melissa Rosenberg for several weeks where I facilitated rewrites, Post edits and notes calls.

Delivered a variety of script-related services to numerous writers, from basic proofing and editing to extensive story and structural notes. Most recently, edited and structured a thriller series pitch that has an A-list actress attached, edited a former showrunner's pilot that is in negotiations with several buyers, and provided story notes to a playwright pitching a comedy series set in the NY art world.

Filled in for assistant short-term

Point person for EPK/Publicity for WB. Coordinated Network and Studio Show & Tells and cast Table Read. Scouted locations for HMU/Wardrobe test, EPK & Studio/Network meetings. Booked travel for Producer. Organized paperwork, troubleshot technology issues, rolled calls.

Coordinated equipment/supply orders, managed four office PA’s, solved parking issues, oversaw distribution of electronic and paper documents to Crew, Studio & Network at CBS Radford. Filled in for Script Coordinator during a vacation and did script distro. Planned weekly office parties and Wrap Party.

Was responsible for locating contestants in Dallas, TX and surrounding area, including OK, LA, NM and AR. Helped organize and present materials for Network Pitch. Assisted with wrangling cast during Casting Week.
