Creating story grids for three episodes of the eight-episode season, finding and watching all of the raw footage using AVID, cutting stringouts, managing editors and handling their requests for footage and interview bites, securing clearances for artwork/photos/articles, addressing mutilple rounds of notes

(Seasons 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24) • Create episode timelines • View footage and pull audio for producers using Pilotware • String out bites for editors using Avid • Help to produce four episodes for each season

(Seasons 20, 21, & 22) • Secured film permits for pre-race interview locations • Prepared producers for race including creating handbooks and obtaining prescriptions • Assisted with tech and crew preparations for race • Traveled to work Start and End cities

Office Coordinator (Los Angeles office) • Organized and logged tapes for clearances • Set up vendor accounts and produced purchase orders • Acted as liaison for New Jersey field office • Assisted with daily office duties
