Supported 2-4 supervising and executive producers during pre-production and post-production. Researched locations for B-Roll, episode segments, and personal collectors for each city while securing proper filming permits and insurance. Compiled episode materials, including daily call sheets, travel maps and itineraries, and pertinent city information to assemble production books. Completed episode write-ups to submit to network.

Marketed casting calls for lead and background actors, coordinated auditions and callbacks, videotaped and read with talent during auditions. Delegated tasks to two casting assistants, when needed.
