Performed all clearance duties for paranormal clip show. Watched every cut of each ep, as well as amended releases as needed for clip owners/vendors.

Oxygen's crime/investigative show, Framed By The Killer. Currently in post. Handle all clearance/release related issues, including changes to releases, licensing agreements for 3rd party assets, public record materials such as 911 recordings, evidence photos & videos, autopsy reports, etc. When watching cuts, identify potentially defamatory comments to bring to production attorney's attention. Will also consult with atty as needed if changes to a license/release are problematic or prohibitive (i.e. removal of injunctive relief lang, etc.).

Handled all clearance/release related issues, including changes to releases, licensing agreements for 3rd party assets. Watched all network cuts for release/clearance related issues. Generated blur list for each ep as needed (license plates, phone numbers, etc.).

Watch NRC, NFC & NLC of every ep to ensure all clearance issues/releases are resolved/secured. Handle all clearance/release related issues, including changes to releases, licensing agreements for 3rd party archival materials, public record materials such as 911 recordings, evidence photos & videos, autopsy reports, etc. Will consult with production attorney as needed if changes to a license/release are problematic or prohibitive.

Handle all clearance/release related issues, including changes to releases (i.e. location release for a prison filming), licensing agreements for 3rd party assets, public record materials such as 911 recordings, evidence photos & videos, autopsy reports, etc. Watch every cut of eps to pre-emptively address potential clearance issues. Consult with atty as needed if changes to a license/release are problematic or prohibitive.

• Oversee Rights & Clearances for all Asylum projects, including Beverly Hills Pawn, Hollywood Hillbillies, Being Mike Tyson, 30 for 30, Hollywood Scandals. • Draft Releases and amend accordingly based on Licensor needs. • Maintain budgets for footage shows to track expenditures & mitigate overspending. • Act as liaison between showrunners & Legal Affairs to address & resolve clearance issues.

• Secure Personal & Exclusive Releases for TV, web & licensing. • Draft specialized releases as needed. • Locate clip owners many years after submission to secure clearance. • Work with 3rd parties to obtain clearance of additional integral aspects of clips (toys,props). • Work with editors to alter clips as needed based on clearance needs.

• Secure clearances from various publishers for Mr. Sheridan’s 2nd novel. • Organize home/office: help develop filing & storage system; process correspondence. • Internet research & running of miscellaneous errands as needed.
