•Coordinated talent drop offs and pick ups, assembled All Access Talent credentials, escorted Talent to Red Carpet interviews, coordinated talent movements to and from stage

•Handled crew check-in, distributing and collecting start paperwork •Assisted in picking up and dropping off special guests and talent

•Organized production equipment, directed producers, dancers, and choreographers to their studio spaces, followed a strict rehearsal schedule, provided choreographers/dancers with their respective music/props, scheduled meals throughout the day. •Videotaped rehearsals, dropped footage onto a flash drive, sent it back to the CBS lot for the director to review.

•Took on coordinating duties – prepared the contestant mansion to be camera ready, set up groceries, collaborated with suppliers of furniture and bedding, fitness equipment, and entertainment systems to make the home livable. •Loaded and unloaded production trucks, performed basic clerical duties, and organized storage units.
