Worked directly with Executive Producers and Network, pitching cast/episode concepts/story. Direct line to all celebrity cast members (potential cast members) and their reps. Set up scheduling for all necessary tests for anyone involved (on camera) required by legal. Point person for producers/production in the field/on location when involving the talent. Collected any/all necessary releases for any non-appearing celebrities/people used in episodes (film/tv clips, stills, family of talent).

Researched/contacted/booked celebrity talent by dealing with reps, as well as using personal contacts to compile the best casting options for the show. Including phone pre-interviews with all possible casting options and pitch sheets for EP’s and Network.

Oversaw a team of talent wranglers, taking care of cast members that lived on set in a “home” that was lit and shot 24/7, as well as on location In a major Las Vegas casino/hotel/stage. Prepared them to be aware of all arrangements; that involved keeping the cast prepped for each day and on time for all on/off set situations (filming, rehearsals, costume). Constant communication with Head Talent Executive, camera, various department heads, stage, and all levels of production.

Was responsible for keeping celebrity cast members as well as regular cast members on track/on time for any/all on stage rehearsals, preparation (hair/make-up), camera run-throughs and live show.
