As 1st Assistant Director I was in charge of scheduling the film shoot and running the set. I prepared breakdowns, a shooting schedule, and a daily shooting schedule with integrated shot list. I also prepared call sheets and distributed them to crew & talent on time.

As 1st Assistant Director I was in charge of scheduling the film shoot and running it. Prepared breakdowns, a shooting schedule, hired/managed a 2nd AD, and made sure call sheets were out on time. We shot 2 pieces worth of footage that culminated into "IT Support Group" and "Guardian Angel."

During preproduction I helped negotiate the PU of production supplies. During production, my tasks included getting crafty for crew & talent, ordering/PU gear from rental houses, keeping an eye on set, handling/recording petty cash, and loading/unloading gear. I was also in charge of many of the returns.

I scheduled and ran the production for this 1 day shoot. Hired and managed a 2nd AD. Made a shooting scheduled, broke down the script, made sure departments were communicating, sent out call sheets . We also did exterior street shooting where I coordinated lock-ups.

A commercial shoot for The Onion/Youtube where I scheduled and ran the 2 day shoot. Hired and managed a 2nd AD. I broke down the script, produced several revised shooting schedules, sent call sheet out on time. This was a SAG shoot, and we worked within filmmaking standards.

1 of 4 transportation coordinators that managed over 50 transportation liaisons the duration of the Sundance Film Festival 2014. My duties included hanging signs before the festival, assisting in training of Transportation liaisons, and overseeing their work. This role included problem solving when situations arose, usually small fires worked out with good customer service.

Assisted art department in preparing different scene's. Duties usually included cleaning the space, moving furniture and assisting where I could on set and resets.

The job was production running, time management, communication with every crew member. I made the schedule, broke down the script and kept things moving during production.

I was a production assistant that had many roles including driving the camera truck, assisting on-set, and making runs for equipment. We also coordinated parking, maintained heat outdoors, set-up school for minor cast, cued talent, loaded/unloaded production truck, lock-ups, crowd control, assisted art department, and clean up of set.

Assisted art department by covering the mansion with layout board. Other days included clearing debris, unloading/loading gear. I also picked-up/dropped off materials for production. When production started I was in charge of getting my crew to/from set, and various other venues and assisted with shoots in anyway.

Ran production, made sure we shot on time, and on budget. Made sure the director had time to direct by proper time management. Delegated properly to crew, utilized communication, and adapted quickly to on-location shooting.

Started as 2nd Assistant director assisting with sides, call sheets and on-set. I was promoted to 1st Assistant Director not shortly after. I worked closely to set and managed to wrap principle photography on it. Reworked schedule, hired more crew and kept communication flowing properly.

As an assistant director it is my duty to facilitate production, and shoot within budget and on time. This was an amazing mix of very professional crew, fantastic talent and a lovely location. Filmed all out doors, for a total of three days.

Made sure the film was shot within the 3 day shooting schedule and budget. Organized and managed the crew and made sure they were all at the director's disposal instantaneously.

Was a runner for materials for crew and shoot. Assisted with cueing talent, cleaning set and driving production vehicles.

First I started on lock-ups for a stunt which involved flipping cop cars in the middle of the Chicago loop. Then I was put on talent driving for Katrina Kaif's manager and entourage. Besides driving talent I also drove crew to various destinations in-between.

Was a runner for production supplies, crew PU's, and gave office assistance. Drove supplies back/forth to festival grounds, PU food for talent and last minute supplies before production started.

Assisted in the load in and load out of opening ceremony. Also aided in building towers for projectors, wrangled cable and placed lights.

Started as the assistant to the co-producer, John Burks. When principle photography began I was promoted to 1st AD. We shot in 3 different states, including a beach house and a vineyard. Managed the shooting schedule, crew and locations.

Broke down stages, loaded stages into trucks. Wrapped cable, disassembled beams and recycled debris. Worked in teams, also worked solo.
