• Collaborated with art department to develop and execute overall visual aesthetic of the show • Worked with clearance coordinator to facilitate, organize, and manage multiple 200+ person events • Assisted multiple departments to organize and instill infrastructure of props, set pieces, culinary equipment, etc.

• Organized multiple100+ person table read; including proofing and binding scripts, prepping talent, facilitating read • Worked with writers, producers, and crew to prepare and manage a full cast studio record • Acted as liaison between producers, writers, animation department, and 20th Century Fox executives

• Searched daily for content (including television, magazines, film, etc.) for weekly clip show • Led weekly graphics sessions with graphic artist as well as provided editor with clips, stills, graphics, and more • Worked in tandem with both writers and art department to find and utilize all props need for each shoot

• Liaised with MTV writers, producers, and crew to facilitate a smooth and timely production of the animated show • Diligently prepared and executed weekly table read for the current production script including proofing and binding scripts, prepping actors, and running errands

• Met with director, producer, actors, and crew to work on pre-production tasks and responsibilities • Worked with the director, director of photography, and actors on maintaining script accuracy and plot continuity throughout the entire shoot as well as acting as on set script continuity manager • Handled both administrative and organizational tasks
