- Maintain petty cash records and accounts, submit timecards for payroll - Cover Showrunner's Asst. desk: heavy phones, maintain calendar, set meetings - Ensure upkeep of office, supply orders, lunch orders

- Organize and upkeep script binders for Producers and Editors - Maintain tape and audio log of incoming footage

- Assist Story Producers with pulls, transcriptions and organization of materials - Receive and maintain incoming footage, tape logs and camera reports

- Assist Story Producers and Editors, build pulls, locate clips - Assemble & maintain story board

- Transcribe interviews, organize transcriptions and research - Arrange pick ups and deliveries, lunch orders

- Heavy phones, greet guests, maintain incoming & outgoing mail - Maintain exec and office-wide calendars
