My duties included handling/reconciling Petty Cash, managing the Production Assistants, creating Call Sheets & Production Reports, handling paperwork, sending FedEx shipments to home office, handling crew logistics, maintaining the Production Offices, booking follow boats for swamp days, editing the Google drive account and working closely with the Producers/Production Manager.

Assisted the Line Producer, Production Manager and Accountant, booked travel arrangements for Talent, handling/reconciling Petty Cash, creating and filing POs, handling crew paperwork, managing the Production Assistants, created/distributed Call Sheets, handled crew logistics for shoot days, and worked closely with the CBS staff while filming on the lot.

My responsibilities included working closely with the production staff during the reunion show, transportation of talent, building and tearing down the set, and working with the other departments as needed.
