Produce and Direct 750+ HD-4K shoots annually from pitch to completion including scheduling, budgeting, hiring and managing of various crew, and talent. Supervise or personally edit all production and graphic visual content for Music Together Worldwide using Avid, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After FX, and Pro Tools. Design and implementation of global shared server digital media asset system with 5 Avid studios and additional remote workstations, design and implementation of switched studio multi camera multi deck production studio, and 5 additional post-production suites. Produce all video production, design all lighting, and production set ups, direct on set, operate cameras on multi cam gen-lock cameras and live in full studio shoots with live switcher, audio and dual Aja recording decks up to 16 tracks and 9 cameras. Weekly use of Canon 300 Mark ll 4K, Canon 305, Canon 5 and 7 D, and Sony 4K cameras. Daily work also includes: content development, pitching, design, and story content, management of budgeting, crew, talent, schedules, multitasking multiple digital video work projects at same time, creating and managed post production workflows, creative problem solving, stock and archival footage procurement, meeting deadlines on time and exceeding client creative expectations. Delivering and embedding digital video to social media platforms such as Facebook, and Instagram, Bridge, and company website. Video content produced covers a wide range of material including television, commercials, music, events, promotional, corporate, and educational. Designed digital video asset workflow, and implemented a centralized server for digital video media storage, and searchable media library archive system for company's assets using Strawberry software and server system connected to multiple Avid/Pro-Tools stations within the production facility to increase production and post-production abilities. Manage 2 Vimeo, and 1 YouTube accounts, export various formats for streaming online, manage and create all links, embed codes, and social media links for entire company on various sites.
