Found main cast for science/invention show based around spy gear in history and entertainment.

High volume game show with over 1200 applicants and only 3 producers. I was responsible for outreach, pre-interviews/booking for 2 producers. I also collected copious materials for candidate reels, assisted casting manager with organization and candidate status updates, and wrote pitch sheets. Additionally, I assisted editors with specific materials requests and fielded questions from the supervising producer regarding my producers' candidates.

Determined viability of new show concept. Worked with head of production and EP to find potential partnerships and discover additional information to enhance network pitch. Contacted hundreds of law enforcement agencies across the country.

I have an on-going relationship with Metal Flowers Media and will often work a few weeks at a time for various projects as I am familiar with their casting methods and the niche genres they cast which are mainly survival and require skill.

Worked in tandem with a casting producer to find notable mediums that could hold their own for a show involving celebrities, executive producer Rob Lowe.

Found skilled and adventurous people for a re-wilding show for Discovery.

International casting for a sizzle reel. Found and interviewed athletes for a race around the world. The show called for endurance athletes that had survival and vehicular skills.

Strategized nationwide outreach through cold-calling and using social media to target “network friendly” candidates, administered phone interviews, conducted on-camera interviews when needed, and wrote network pitch materials.

Developed and wrote historical TV drama pilot script and treatment.

Independently cast inventors/entrepreneurs and investors, working directly with the EP. Conducted outreach, phone and Skype interviews and wrote one-sheets. After casting was complete, became Talent Wrangler on set.

Conducted a nationwide search for executive chefs of Michelin rated fine-dining restaurants and for restaurateurs who built recognizable restaurant brands and concepts. Created a potential cast list of A-list celebrity chefs by working with agents and managers and found lesser-known talent through cold-calling and research.

Conducted an international search for an expedition expert. Researched and contacted fully certified expedition leaders directly, cross referenced asserted skill sets and conducted interviews to access abilities, experience, and personality. Wrote one-sheets and collected materials.

Devised outreach strategies to effectively find and engage victims of bad contractors. Pre-interviewed those found to have a legitimate bad contractor story, wrote one-sheets, collected materials.

Targetted outreach to bars in selected cities, pre-interviews, and material collection.

Researched patent and patent-pending inventions that lack prototypes and investors, referred to similar inventions to compare originality, and tasked with discovering viable and television friendly inventions. Created and designed photo pages of cast with submitted and found photos. Responsible for compiling cast book for network executives.

Sought out and cast couples getting in an arranged marriage this year for new Wedding series. Researched many cultures, performed a lengthy and strategic outreach campaign. Skyped, wrote one sheets, originated all outreach materials including flyers and verbage for associates to forward.

Assisted Line Producer in pre-production for shoot in NYC. Assisted in finding locations, booked travel, and maintained communications with production heads.

Conducted local outreach, booked auditions, maintained cast paperwork, Talent Producer for duration of shoot. Worked with casting producer during pre-production to cast an "Impostor," a family, and contestants. On set, I handled all concerns regarding both the family and the contestants, including game-play information/rules, wardrobe changes, and sequestration.

Intensive research and outreach to find intelligent contestants for audition cities; Atlanta, NYC, D.C., Chicago, and L.A.. Arranged travel and event spaces, maintained various spreadsheets, and contacted prospective contestants for auditions. Wrote text and edited photos for one-sheets provided to GSN executives.

Assisted director with all needs on set. Worked alongside production assistants to ensure a smooth running set.

Assisted those in control room and acted as liaison for Director. Responsible for communicating any concerns from control room to production staff.

Provided market research, business reports, and found financiers. Responsible for creating and editing creative materials. Developed and provided notes to writers on script drafts, treatments, and outlines. Prepared extended synopsis’ of films for investor use. Represented MPC and Curious pictures at AFM. Interacted with production, talent and management agencies daily.

Administrative support- maintaining executive’s schedules, rolling calls, and minute taking. Provided coverage, including estimated production budget and projected box office. Assisted at check-in for performance/competition nights, assisted craft services, responsible for picking up crew meals on days when lunch was not catered.

Reset, reorganized and deep cleaned the set for "reveal days.".

Set up green room daily. Assisted on-air talent with any needs on set. Was utilized by stage manager as a stand-in on every shoot day. Assisted production coordinator by tending to office needs such as printing off sides, delivering materials, and making any necessary calls.

Was responsible for distribution and completeness of all Employee Releases and Appearance Releases. Coordinated meals for crew and cast, maintained craft service supplies, attained props, and assisted in breaking

Responsible for cold calling and outreach. On shoot days, acted as liaison between crew and talent.

Responsible for driving key members of our crew to set in a 15 passenger van (i.e. directors, producers, and executives), handled craft services purchases, distributed items as needed to crew including equipment and walkies. Assisted accounting.

Assisted the Supervising Location Manager and the Key Assistant Location Manager. Maintained a log of all expenditures for Key Assistant Location Manager. Assisted in striking filming area in accordance with film permits and returning location back to its original state under the guidance of the Bureau of Land Management.

Assisted in all aspects of casting. Booked audition space, duplicated and disbursed sides for audition participants, assisted in getting all necessary documentation from our child actors (work permit, school work, etc). On shoot dates, I assisted with talent wrangling on set.
