Support Executive Producers in the daily production and management of cross-medium marketing campaigns, and serve as main client liaison and internal point of contact between the internal and overseas production teams.

Assisted 1st AD in directing talent to the set given call times, and aided in the preparation of sets for filming. Maintained legal consistency for 30 talent & crew members via collection and management of release forms, and collected, maintained, and distributed all equipment used by crew to ensure highest inventory standards.

Worked with Account/Engagement Director to manage client expectations to ensure project integrity, and mange the day-to-day activities for cross-functional teams in design, development, and strategy. Additionally, coordinated with Resource Manager to maintain and forecast all project resources based on project scope.

Supported Dept. Head through schedule management, meeting set-up, and travel arrangements. Collected and distributed all necessary client assets and information to project teams. Managed processes for vendor sourcing, PO creation, contract collection/execution, and project billing. Aided with new biz dev pitches through campaign conceptualization and creation of presentation decks.

Directed a team of ten interns to produce short films and music videos for the campus TV network and website. Spearheaded department overhaul plan to attract student interest, resulting in over 20 new interns the next year.
