Coordinated daily schedule and call sheet distribution, I was responsible for clearances, managing covid protocols, managing the crew, managing vendors, etc..

I am responsible for securing releases, coordinating schedule and travel for talent and celebrity guests. In this position I am responsible for the financials of the project, managing the crew, payroll, preparing creative documents, meals, travel, and additionally I capture all social media asks for the podcast.

I helped prep episodes with research, coordinated recording logistics with the talent and their teams. I assisted with prepping scripts, distributing scripts, fact checking, I coordinated talent logistics for in studio recording, booking the space, etc...

I was responsible to the logistics and financials of an 11 city shoot for multiple brands under the Meredith Corporation, those brands include Real Simple, Parents Magazine, Instyle Magazine, Food and Wine, Travel and Leisure.

Rodan + Fields entrepreneurs from all over America, Canada and Australia gathered to share their knowledge, stories and experiences with other representatives of the brand. NOMOBO the agency that hired me was hired by GPJ (world’s leading event and experience marketing agency) to produce a beautiful broadcast and various online segments.

I managed a small commercial crew for a shoot for ESPN. We filmed with the band Judah and The Lion at Ascend Amphitheater. We had a sit down interview, shot elements against digi greens, and filmed the live concert for segments that will be used during college football season.

On this production I wore many hats. I was directly responsible for the management of the talent and crew. I helped plan and execute scene work as well as location scouting and releasing those locations in advance. I managed the schedule, the creative, travel, meals, PC, releases, etc...

I was responsible for researching white collar crimes and the families surrounding them. I would cold call/email perspective talent, interview them, schedule Skype interviews, gather all media for casting tape, etc..

Coordinated photo op's for CMA branded photo booth on the red carpet for A-List talent.

I was responsible for the day to day movements of the contestants. Coordinating with other depts regarding their travel, their meals, band rehearsals, dry blocking, promo shoots, etc...

I coordinated story through the construction process. I worked closely with contractors to find potential stories, coordinate the construction schedule and pitched scenes to our EP.

I produced the BTS for the B2B reel for Radio Disney's Sponsors at CMA FEST. I directed a camera team and ran interviews.

I secured releases, managed the financials, managed the crew, facilitated gear rentals, managed all safety/legal matters in the field, managed our relationship with the local government officials, and business owners, managed payroll, and so much more.

In this position I researched, developed and produced celebrity talent for pitches being pitched at Real Screen. Additionally I researched trends and social media talent in order to develop for the mandates.

I served as the wardrobe designer and coordinator for the full length feature "Cecil". It was a period piece set in the 90's with 39 characters requiring wardrobe. I was responsible for coordinating the pre-show interviews for AXS/PBS TV. Coordinate rehearsal schedules with the talent, made sure talent was on time to rehearsals, taping, and travel to and from the venue.

Coordinated load-in/load out schedules, interviewed/ hired other production staff, coordinated deliveries and shipments, composed and edited production schedule, managed finances in the field,reconciliation of the finances at the projects end, prepared and managed payroll, followed health and safety rules, coordinated the booking of resources, locations, equipment and supplies.

I assisted in audience load in/out, wrist banding of ticketed patrons, training and support of the ticket volunteers, and trouble shooting of the scanners. I worked with security on crowd control and flow. I assisted with ticket reconcillation and worked with accounting on final numbers.

Assisted Mr. Martin, arranged travel for talent and crew, distributed the production schedule, catering for talent/crew, managed PA’s, coordinated with the Metropolis Studio staff on the maintenance and security of the studio. I coordinated deliveries, and outsourced props.

Worked directly with/ coordinated productions needs such as travel, catering, and security for talent. Managed production schedule for the shoot. Escorted talent to and from set during rehearsal and shoot.

As Command supervisor, I issued designer credentials, assisted with load-in/out, addressed all production concerns with vendors contracted, navigated a high flow radio system, assisted in emergency response and maintained an organized log detailing the event. Coordinated deliveries, screened communications for the exec. producers, and managed the command staff.

Coordinated the runner’s Shoot with Tracy Morgan. Executed location needs, transportation, talent management for extras and Mr. Morgan, managed PA’s, coordinated deliveries, props, wardrobe and Kraft service P/U. Responsible for all talent union legal documents, memo deals, and releases.

Assisted media with location set up. Called pre show cues, coordinated ice cuts, public relations, green room specs. Coordinated deliveries, Facilitated in the set build. Cable runs, trucking schedule, genie drops, SAT truck positioning.

Coordinated all the tech aspects of simpson-izing the site, changing of the gels, painting of the ice, changing Gobos, site dressings, coordinating A/V and show cues. Coordinating deliveries and vendor load-in /out.

Coordinated A/V needs, assisted media with cable runs. Coordinated catering, travel for Mrs. Thomas as well as St. Judes patients. Worked directly with Jude’s patients prepping them for media, kept them entertained and fed.
