• Manage the production of reality presentations/pilots including attending field shoots, reviewing creative and noting cuts • Generate original show concepts internally • Take pitch and general meetings, review and evaluate pitch materials and bring ideas to weekly development meetings • Spearhead and organize weekly development meetings to discuss new internal ideas and pitches • Work with post production teams to track and ensure delivery of all cuts • Provide all creative for S&P and Legal teams to approve content • Track competitive premieres and compile weekly report for development team • Liaise between Development and other internal departments to communicate and coordinate information flow for all projects, shoots and live finales • Oversee assistants and interns

• Involved in the creative process of developing content including casting talent, developing show concepts, and bringing new ideas to development meetings • Provide notes and feedback on pitch submissions, development projects, and current series • Responsible for planning all network screenings, pitchfest’s, premiere and finale events • Manage the day to day scheduling of two company Vice Presidents, including on-site and off-site meetings • Maintain and field heavy phones and schedules for both Vice Presidents • Responsible for travel arrangements, accommodations, and the organization of off-site meetings for the department

Assisted in all aspects of pre-production including interviewing cast members, creating shoot schedules, writing beat sheets, creative decks & interview questions, booking locations, attending story meetings and coordinating talent. Scheduled on-site and off-site meetings and managed master production calendar.
