Provide home base and onsite support for international rights holders to ensure successful execution of game production requirements for MLB’s international broadcast partners Coordinate office trailers, catering, generators, security, shipping and all remote location logistic requirements for all World Feed productions On-boarding, crewing and payroll for all technical and support personnel. Coordinate travel, ground transportation and all hotels for all working above and below the line - staff and talent. Create Show Books & Production Memos for remote events, work with Technical Manager on issuing Tech Book. Assist with post event management - coding invoices, tracking budget actuals and post event budgeting report.
