Transcoded 4K footage to 1080p DNx files for use by Editorial. Synced all footage with location sound files delivered from recordist and entered metadata for use of the Editor for selects, scenes, and b-roll. Created exports of all cuts, vfx prep, vfx drop-ins, created sound turnover for finalized mix, online prep, and delivery to online facility.

Ingested Dailies delivered from set through ExD for metadata and color correction. Then processed through Avid via syncing and grouping of cameras as applicable. Delivered to Post Production via Aspera for Editoral use.

• Assisted the Post-Production Coordinator/Supervisor with the management of the Post-Production Office. • Created Invoices/POs as needed by Post Production. • Coordinated ADR needs with Production for use by Editorial. • Managed the transfer and digitizing of all dailies footage with FINALE Editworks. • Dubbed, labeled, and distributed DVDs of dailies/cuts to the show’s producers and NBCUniversal and A&E executives. • Coordinated the release of all dailies and cuts to the Studio/Network through DAX. • Created the folders and file structure for dailies and cut releases. • Drafted daily schedules for the Post-Production department that were distributed to the show’s editors, producers and A&E/Fremantle executives. • Acted as a liaison between Assistant Editors and Post-Production Supervisor. • Collated scripts, prep calendars, and call sheets for the series’ editors, producers, and executive producers. • Managed the Post Production department’s petty cash funds.

Created and mixed sound effects for footage and visual effects.
