Working closely with the talent's agent or manager, coordinate relays for final details,arrangements and any necessary details for the entertainment act such as electricity, water or stage furniture. Coordinating with police for security or crowd control as needed is an important part of the job.

Be familiar with all access regulation, VIP cards, invitation, ticket's(paper and digital).Help Direct crowd and check ticket's for press reception starting with people who have access to the press reception are accredited journalists with press pass.Scan all quest out at both entrance to assure correct occupancy court. And work hand to hand with security guards to achieve highest level of service to the quests.

I set up camera, lights and other equipment. Talent wrangler/coordinator for one of the bands on the show.

Along with assisting with camera set up I also provided technical assistance. Drove cargo van between set locations and runs.
