Assisted the Academy Award-nominated producer, Dana Brunetti by traveling with him to meet prospective screenwriters. Read and wrote coverage for over 50 screenplays. Kept an orderly office and managed office expenses.

Prepared paperwork and equipment for field producers. Managed b-roll and worked with studios to ensure all needed clips were secured. Selected participants to be filmed for man-on-the-street interviews. Greeted celebrity guests upon arrival and escorted them from makeup to stage.

Gathered all video game b-roll requests by producers. Assisted producers in the field at all of the major video game companies’ press conferences. Wrangled the 50-person studio audience for two 3-hour-long live shows and one 6-hour show.
