• Facilitated and completed over twenty to air shows for various networks including, but not limited to, Netflix, Sony, Amazon, Discovery, History, BET, Fuse, Quibi, Complex & Yahoo! Sports 1. Creating initial budgets and post calendar for network approval during pre-production. 2. Vet and hiring of full staff for each project. 3. Coordinating and maintaining full staff of editors, assistants, story producers etc. throughout offline process. 4. Work side by side with online team to note each episode and bring projects to completion. 5. Coordinate with third party venders to complete GFX, animation, music and SFX composition, VFX composition, transcriptions etc. for each project. 6. Coordinate with IT department, rental facilities and building management to create a workflow and environment that allows for no downtime or hiccups during post production process. 7. Media management of all NAS and Unity systems as well as LTO 7 backup process for each project. 8. Establish regular meetings and constant contact with network executives, third party venders and executive producers to proactively manage schedules, deliverables, issues and questions. 9. Personal hands on completion and full delivery of projects ahead of, or on time to networks, including all final documents, drives and deliverables.
