As one of the first 30 employees of this start-up, I and our Head of Production defined the company's unique look and feel and grew the entire production team from the ground up. Not only did I oversee the day-to-day execution of content productions, I also built our internal creative strategy and continuously was bringing new ideas on how to improve efficiency and customer retention. Accomplishments: - Independent management of all "Studio" video and photo productions from pre through post stages, projects include long and short-form video, commercial and social content - Created production bible for Studio's look and feel, and as Director of Photography on all content shoots, brought the defined visual energy into each individual shoot - Management of production budgets of all ranges ($10K - $1M+) and accounting procedures across projects - Internal point of contact for all freelancers and team lead on defining and sourcing staffing needs, as well as supervising freelance team throughout shoots - Management of equipment logistics, internal POC for vendors and suppliers, and team lead on defining production rentals and purchases - Supervised nationwide location scouts and sourcing (including LA, NYC, Miami, Nashville, etc.) Worked as Technical Director for any multi-cam shoots - Highly proficient in internal communications, facilitating successful working relationships with internal finance, marketing, and Executive team
