I was responsible for finding 8 pairs of exes for Season 1 of a new Bravo series.

I was responsible for developing potential non-scripted show ideas as a development project for Kassting, Inc. and 5x5 Media. This entailed researching and identifying potential talent and story, developing these ideas into strong story concepts, conducting casting interviews, supervising the editing process and presenting casting sizzle reels.

Responsible for for being 8 couples of varying degrees of dance ability for a dance competition show

Responsible for in-debt research and outreach to identify deserving individuals to be surprised on live television and rewarded for their efforts. This was a nationwide search and extreme finesse and confidentiality were necessary to maintain the surprise element.

Responsible for outreach starter and implementation, vetting, Skype interviews, writing pitch sheets, giving paper-cut edit notes on potential candidates.

Casting producer in charge of securing 15 series regulars. Heavy research, outreach, travel, interviewing and overseeing casting edits.

Responsible for researching, locating, vetting, interviewing on camera 10 candidates for pilot.
