This film went through multiple budget scenarios, with corresponding schedule implications, which I crafted and adapted. In addition to this, I secured 11% of the budget and assembled the list of festivals that will give us exposure and distribution leads, so as to secure the ROI for our investors.

I supported the Vice President with on-going operations and manage a vast majority of the audits that occur on every feature film. Each project can go through at least ten audits, ranging from film unions to national tax rebates, and each has its own protocol and accounting requirements.

There were only two of us to prepare and shoot everything. Before the ride, I spearheaded all preproduction arrangements, including the search for sponsors, interview materials, and domestic and international legalities. During the ride, I conducted interviews and shot additional photography.

Wallenda was shot entirely on green screen. I obtained over 50 computers and monitors and negotiated a deal to use an asset and project management program for free . When post wrapped, my promoted the project in industry magazines, at film festivals, and with studio screenings.

I was the film's sole representation in LA. I handled everything from casting sessions, to shipments , to agents. It was my job to anticipate and solve issues before they became problems for South Africa. In post, I set up the editorial suites and ensured a smooth transition back to LA.

My main task on this production was to orchestrate the travel (ground, air, hotel) for this unit’s shoot. I kept records of almost 200 crew, their hotel stays, as well as travel for the actors. I also presided over the start-up and closure of the production offices.
