load/unload equipment for all departments, helped to set up lighting inside/outside, mic checked for audio department, locked up takes, crowd control, went on runs for production coordinator & producers, airport runs, drove camera men around to shoot B roll, helped art department with reconstruction of hotel rooms.

Unloaded and set up equipment for various departments, in between scenes helped to break down and set up props and heavy equipment in harsh outdoor terrain. facilitated communication between departments, locked up takes, went on runs.

Assisted in the daily reporting of coverage for Drafthouse Films features for print, online & TV. Worked closely with press contacts for opening & DVD/Bluray reviews, interviews, stories & mentions. Created press lists, helped to draft media blasts, assisted in the set up of special events & screenings, general personal assistant duties.

Went on runs for production crew for set visits, worked closely with print & online press (such as Ain't it Cool News, Examiner, Collider,Movies.com, Austin Chronicle, Slackerwood, Culturemap, etc) for coverage and interviews, assisted in the drafting of media blasts.
